The user and guest user count as active at the moment of any change action on the platform. Is there a limit to the number of guest (non-registered) users who can access Trisk?
Guest user access depends on the subscription plan. The Standard plan does not support guest users, while the Growth and Teams plans provide guest user access, providing flexibility for collaboration with external partners or clients.
Can I switch between plans if my team size changes?
Yes, you can easily upgrade and downgrade your plan based on your team's needs. Trisk is flexible, allowing you to adjust your plan as your business grows or evolves. Upgrading and downgrading can be done from the Billing page on the platform. When downgrading, the current plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period (month), after which the new plan will take effect. Please note that Trisk does not offer refunds for unused portions of your plan.
